The project consists of a multi-level building with two basement parking areas and other ancillary areas, three floors of exhibition space, cafeteria and conference rooms, a floor for electromechanical installations, and ten floors of apartments and all associated external works and services.

The system has already been installed in some planters and roofs and is to be applied on garden roofs, balconies, roofs, expansion joints and over-sensitive areas such as the gallery.
