The first hotel to be built in the now world-famous resort of Ayia Napa, covering over 100,00 m2 of land around the unique bay of Nissi beach. Many waterproofing materials were installed over the years on buildings, however, the ingress of water and dampness on the ceiling was a constant issue. Moreover, as the structures are very close to the sea, airborne salts and other chemical impurities will eventually be pressurised into the concrete causing subsequent degradation of concrete and steel.

The system was successfully installed on all hotel beach suites and beach bungalows slabs and a large section of garden bungalows and beach restaurants.
