An Architectural Landmark structure, with a triangular-shaped canopy at the main entrance. It is an imposing architectural feature designed to offer protection and comfort to patients, visitors and employees whilst utilising unrivalled build quality and environment-friendly methods and materials, being the first Green Hospital in Cyprus, Europe and the Middle East.
PmB was selected and adopted for waterproofing over 3600 m2 of roofs, green roofs and ponds including the main triangular pond under the main entrance canopy, incorporating a 20mm expansion joint, which divides the pond into two halves.
PmB was selected because of its proven actual record in providing a long-term effective waterproofing system in permanent exposure to water, soil and roof applications and its seamless expansion joint capability, providing a long-term solution in line with unpetalled high design standards and specifications of this unique structure.
